Some of the Best in Women’s Hockey!

I had the opportunity to watch some of the best, and some of the “up and comers” of Womens Hockey this week in Ridder Arena at the University of Minnesota.  The Minnesota Whitecaps in their snazzy blue uniforms scrimmaged the highly touted Girls Prep team from Shattuck St. Mary’s.  What a game it was…4-4 tie through an abbreviated overtime and then the shootout was tied when the players were finally chased off the ice by the Intramural Broomball teams!  I’ll be back for a Whitecaps game for sure.
